Terms of Service

AI Video Maker lets you craft short AI-made video clips from a few words (text-to-video) or an uploaded photo (image-to-video), and share those creations through an in-app community feed. The Service is offered "as is" and may evolve over time.

You need to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the right to agree to these Terms.

"User Content" means the prompts you write, the images you upload, and the videos you make or post. You keep ownership of your User Content. By posting it to the public community feed, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content in order to run and promote the Service.

You alone are responsible for your User Content, and you confirm that you hold every right needed to submit it and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

You agree not to make, upload, or share content that:

• is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing;
• is sexually explicit, or sexualizes or exploits minors;
• depicts real people without their consent, or is deceptive;
• infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• contains hate speech, violence, or promotes self-harm; or
• violates any applicable law or regulation.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

From inside the Service, you can report and block objectionable content and other users. We look over reports and may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, usually within 24 hours of a report. We may also take down content or limit access at our discretion to keep the community a safe place.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Widget Games and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms give you no rights in our trademarks or other intellectual property.

The Service comes without warranties of any kind. AI-made output may be inaccurate or unexpected. To the fullest extent the law allows, Widget Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You can stop using the Service whenever you like. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

We may revise these Terms now and then. When something meaningful changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
